Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Via USPS Priority Mail. Please allow 1-3 days for your order to ship. Once shipped, transit times range between 2-5 days depending on your location. Orders are sent out Monday through Friday, holidays may increase processing and transit times. Emailed tracking information will be sent when your order is ready for transit. International shipping will extend transit times.  We are unable to reimburse missing or stolen packages.

Returns/Exchanges

Crystals are a natural formation from the earth. This means all of our crystal products are one of a kind and there will be slight variations in color, size, and shape. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your item is lost or damaged during transit, please get in contact with us at andrea@flowerchildhealing.com within 15 days and we will file a claim and get you a replacement candle sent asap! Reach out, we’re here to help!

Wholesale

We would love to collab with you! We do wholesale orders and offer consignment. We also provide discounts for large groups (yoga retreats, weddings, company parties etc.) If interested, email us at andrea@flowerchildhealing.com
